Are the LADARVision® LASIK Wavefront Systems Safe?

All laser vision correction devices, including LASIK wavefront systems, must pass FDA health regulations. Alcon has demonstrated to the FDA that the devices comprising the LADARVision® Vision Correction Systems all meet safety and effectiveness standards.

As with any medical procedure, you should check with local health agencies to ensure that doctors and clinics meet proper standards and practices for performing laser vision correction and procedures involving LASIK wavefront systems.

Legal note: Alcon does not make recommendations for physicians and does not test medical ability of surgeons using the LADARVision® System. The surgeons and LASIK centers listed are all licensed users of the LADARVision® System. This listing, however, is a guide to those physicians and/or centers, and does not constitute an endorsement of these physicians by the manufacturer of the LADARVision® System.
